Kel (Palace of the Red Sun)

Kel was a descendant of King Hathold of Esselven. After helping the Sixth Doctor stop Glavis Judd, he returned to Esselven with the other descendants on the planetoid upon which they had been stranded. (PROSE: Palace of the Red Sun)
