Bluebeard

Bluebeard was a Meercock.

After the Valceans destroyed their homeworld, the survivors tried to settle on Earth. However, their mistaken research led them to adopting bodies and identities resembling fictional characters. Bluebeard took the form of a pirate from a French folktale. (PROSE: Verdigris)
