History
Founded in 1992, the Doctor Who Restoration Team is a volunteer group of fans that initially came together to work with the BBC to restore a black and white copy of DW: The Daemons for which the color print had been lost. Their success lead the team to a regular relationship with BBC Video and later 2 entertain.
The Restoration Team currently handles the mastering of almost all Doctor Who DVDs
