Mr Lawrence was a man who lived on or near Bannerman Road.
Mr Lawrence had a fluffy dog, with whom he often walked through Bannerman Road. In 2010 he watched the arrival of the UNIT staff at Sarah Jane Smith's house. (PROSE: Death of the Doctor)
