A thug worked for Count and Countess Scarlioni in Paris in 1979. After Hermann killed his two predecessors, he and another thug brought the Fourth Doctor, Romana II and Duggan to the Scarlioni's chateau. He was later present at the Count's pre-heist planning of the theft of the Mona Lisa. (TV: City of Death)
