Greg was a journalist and the fiancé of Anji Kapoor. Greg met Anji in 2004, and they got engaged in 2005. Anji never told Greg of her travels with the Eighth Doctor, and when meeting Fitz Kreiner and Trix, became confused when Anji was asked how many planets she had been to.
