Samson was a horse that pulled Sneed and Company's hearse. When Sneed asks where Gwyneth was, she said she was in the stable, breaking ice for Samson. When Mrs Peace's cadaver was reanimated by the Gelth, Mr Sneed told Gwyneth to get Samson out of the stable and to harness him up. (TV: The Unquiet Dead)
