Nettie Williams was a female human who lived in Cardiff in 2009.
Nettie was confronted by the Ghostmaker and Pearl, who stole her breath. She was admitted to hospital and later died when the Ghostmaker released her breath from his flask. (TV: From Out of the Rain)
