Dean was a human who lived in Sheffield during the 21st century.
On the day he died, Dean tossed parts of his salad onto the street as he roamed the city of Sheffield. On noticing Tzim-Sha, he assumed that the Stenza warrior was in costume, one month too early for Halloween. Mocking the alien, he threw pieces of salad in Tzim-Sha's face. Retaliating, Tzim-Sha killed Dean and stole one of his teeth as a prize. (TV: The Woman Who Fell to Earth)
