Hob was the loyal robot servant of Josiah W. Dogbolter. (COMIC: The Moderator, Time Bomb!)
In anticipation of Dogbolter meeting Frobisher again, Hob was installed with a null-beam to block Frobisher's shapeshifting Whifferdill abilities.
