Levall-Mellon was a construction and development firm operating in Cardiff in the mid 2000s.

Levall-Mellon were the developers behind the construction of an office block close to Blackfriar Way. Guy Wildman intentionally fell to his death from the eighth floor of the unfinished building. (PROSE: Another Life)
