Laurence Scarman

Laurence Scarman was a scientist, and brother of Marcus Scarman. He lived in a small English village in 1911. After encountering the Doctor and Sarah Jane he got involved with the Doctor's battle against Sutekh but he was killed by his brother who was under the control of Sutekh.
