Albert G Wicks was a senator in Springfield.
From 1932 to 1940, many children went missing in the United States. They were kidnapped by Odd Bob the clown. Several children in Springfield vanished as well. Senator Wicks said that it was a matter of national security to put an end to this. (TV: The Day of the Clown)
