Dragonhunter

Dragonhunters were eight-foot-tall dragonflies, a race of insectoid assassins with breeding grounds in Galaxy Five. Among their attributes was the ability to liquefy and absorb the contents of their victims' brains, which they did to acquire information, rather than killing for killing's sake. They were familiar with dimensional transcendentalism. The Dragonmaster Gomphus and his apprentice the Jade Nymph followed bounty hunters to Earth in 2016 to acquire the Master, who was thought dead.
