Lucia Moretti

Born on 18 June 1945, Lucia Moretti was an Italian Torchwood agent.
She joined Torchwood on 18 July 1968. Her career lasted to 1977. She was a lover of fellow agent Captain Jack Harkness. Lucia and Jack had a daughter, Melissa Moretti. After her retirement, she put Melissa in a protection programme (application approved on 14 February 1977), upon which Melissa became known as Alice Sangster. Alice subsequently married Joe Carter and gave birth to Lucia's grandson, Steven. Lucia died of heart disease on 23 November 2006, (TV: Children of Earth: Day Three) in St Helen's Hospital.
