The Universal Herald was a news publication based in Solar City on the planet of Galactica Minor. Miff was a reporter for the Herald who once tried to get an interview with the Seventh Doctor. Eventually, no more than twenty years after this attempt failed, the Herald went out of business. (COMIC: Once in a Lifetime)
