Cardiff Unknown was a podcast run by and featuring Jeff Morris and Niamh, covering mysterious goings on in Cardiff. (AUDIO: Cardiff Unknown - October 2018, ScrapeJane) In one episode, dated October 2018, they attempted to prove the existence of Torchwood. (AUDIO: Cardiff Unknown - October 2018)

The next episode of Cardiff Unknown was put out some amount of time later, broadly in the aftermath of the tsunami which devastated Cardiff. Deciding to go for a "lighter" topic, Jeff and Niahm set out to debunk stories about ScrapeJane. However, while summoning her, ScrapeJane was actually given form within Jeff's mind, and killed him.
