Head of Alien Acquisitions was a position at Torchwood One. Tommy Pierce served as head for a number of years, but was briefly replaced by Rachel Allan after he was framed with alcohol and retcon. (AUDIO: New Girl) Rachel reinstated him after she became director. (AUDIO: Through the Ruins)
