An athlete was chosen to carry the Olympic Torch across the stadium in preparation for lighting the Olympic Flame at the 2012 Olympic Games.
As he did so he was chased by a Weeping Angel and stumbled into the Doctor's TARDIS by mistake. He met the Eleventh Doctor and Amy Pond. The Doctor used his sonic screwdriver to destroy the Angel. The athlete rewarded the Doctor with a gold medal before he continued on his run towards the Flame. (TV: Good as Gold)
