Could it be that The End of Time takes place during the time war? Stick with me here, I do know it is a war in time so I could be wrong, and I admit it. The narrator is telling the story, which the viewer is to surmise is to them, but at the end of the episode is talking to the time lords. In the small clip for the next episode, the time war is coming to an end, which could be happening or a flashback. Geffe71 16:43, December 27, 2009 (UTC)
