Phil Jupitus (born 26 June 1962) is an English comedian, actor, disc jockey, musician and podcaster. He is perhaps best-known as the longest-serving panelist on the muiscal quiz comedy, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, as well as a frequent guest on other such shows, like QI. He is an avid user of the micro-blogging site, Twitter.

Jupitus is a long-standing fan of Doctor Who, and has claimed — albeit in an interview published by Big Finish — a preference for the audio version of the programme. Accordingly, he has opined that his favorite Doctor/companion pairing is that between the Eighth Doctor and Lucie Miller, which eclipses his televised favorite of the Third Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith. In 2009, he performed in his first Doctor Who production, providing the voice of Servo in the Eighth Doctor adventure, "The Cannibalists".
