Clem Sel Hetch Blathereen

Clem Fel-Helch Blathereen was a member of the group of criminal Blathereen in the 26th century. She worked with Don Arco( The Blathereen leader) to try and move the entire Justica system and use it as a giant flamethrower. Her plans were foiled by the Ninth Doctor and the remaining Slitheen.
