Isaac Barclay

Isaac Barclay was the coordinator of the Stockbridge Historic Heritage in the 45th century. When rain started to turn the villagers into zombies, he helped the Fifth Doctor find out the reason. As part of the "renewal" in his contract, he was made into a Dalek servitor. (AUDIO: Plague of the Daleks)
