History

The Sixth Doctor recalled that Gustave Lytton was associated with the Dalek Task Force. (TV: Attack of the Cybermen) Indeed, Lytton, acting on behalf of the Supreme Dalek, had led a group of Dalek Troopers on the mission to retrieve Davros from the Prison Station to gain his assistance against the Movellan virus. A Dalek Taskforce Commander, serving under the Dalek Time Strategist, led the Dalek attack on Fergil in the Last Great Time War. (AUDIO: Pretty Lies)

Behind the scenes

The term is rendered as "Dalek task-force" in the novelisations The Mutation of Time, Doctor Who and the Genesis of the Daleks and Remembrance of the Daleks, while "Dalek Task Force" is used in Attack of the Cybermen.
