Some days after the Thirteenth Doctor told Ryan, Graham and Yaz about her heritage, she decided to take them to deep-space to see Deep-Space Squids. Unfortunately, she unknowingly arrived during their mating season, which left the entrance of her TARDIS in a mess of liquid. (TV: Orphan 55)
