The Visionary was a Time Lady who predicted the events of the last day of the Last Great Time War. She was seen at a Time Lord meeting arranged by "The Narrator" during the war, foretelling that Gallifrey would burn as she wrote strange Time Lord symbols onto a piece of paper with an ink pen.
She was last heard screaming "GALLIFREY FALLS!" as Rassilion's plan to bring Gallifrey back failed and the planet desended away from Earth to be sent back into the Time War to burn. She, along with the rest of the Time Lords, were killed when they were sent back into the war. (DW: The End of Time)
