This page really isn't a part of the Doctor Who: Lockdown! series. For starters, it's a joke that RTD put on his instagram. Now, yes, it being on Instagram doesn't mean it's invalid inherently and it's a good one in my personal opinion, but the panel is also a part of the Now We Are Six Hundred poetry collection, also by Davies. It's not a new story; it's more like a meme, and if we included it, we'd have to include a lot of things that Who celebrities post on Instagram.
