Ninth Sontaran Battle Group

The Ninth Sontaran Battle Group was one of several Sontaran battle forces fighting the Rutan Host in their endless war. Group Marshal Stike commanded the group, according to his subordinate, Major Varl. The two were involved in an operation to give Sontarans the capability of time travel to aid in the war. To do this, they kidnapped the Doctor in his second incarnation and extracted his symbiotic nuclei to operate the Kartz-Reimer module. However, this attempt was foiled by two Doctors (his second and sixth incarnations), Joinson Dastari and Chessene of the Franzine Grig. (TV: The Two Doctors).
