Taylor Addison

Taylor Addison was a human outsider who studied at the Time Lord Academy. He spent most of his time with his fellow students, the Time Lord Neeloc, the Warpsmith Galadina and the Monan B'arech. He died when he went to look for the Great Key of Rassilon. (AUDIO: Insurgency)
