John and Anne Hartman owned a ramshackle house in Kent. It was an old house and somewhat wonky, with a wild and overgrown garden that John planned to sort out when he retired. After his death a month before retirement in 2003, Anne could not bear to look at the garden and moved to a flat in Kensington. (AUDIO: The Rockery)
