UNIT-UK, or UNIT UK, was the branch of UNIT that operated in the United Kingdom. (PROSE: The Shadows of Avalon)

Brigadier Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart was the Commanding Officer of UNIT UK. He once spent a month trying to prevent Geneva from cutting UNIT UK's budget by 25 percent. He told the Third Doctor that UNIT UK would be broke in two weeks if they went after "every wacky cult in the country". (PROSE: Island of Death)

Brigadier Winifred Bambera learned from Centcomp that the Doctor was designated as the scientific advisor for UNIT UK under Brigadier Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart. (PROSE: Battlefield)

In 1997, Tom Ryder knew that Sarah Jane Smith was a civilian liaison to UNIT-UK from their reserve list of civilian staff. He learned that she joined in 1978 and assisted the Fourth Doctor until 1982.

In 2012, the United States Air Force loaned an Aurora spyplane to UNIT UK. Sir Charles Finningley, Ambassador to the Court of St James, has six-man UNIT UK bodyguard team. (PROSE: The Shadows of Avalon)
