Lunar-1 was an Earth moonbase which was in operation by the year 2400. That year, Lunar-1's space scanners were blocked by an electron shield which the Daleks spread to mask their journey to Venus in anticipation of their invasion of the solar system. (COMIC: Invasion of the Daleks)
