Herr Essler was a member of the Nuremburg Party Committee. In 1939, while attending the party rally, he was removed from his box seat at the insistence of the Seventh Doctor, who claimed to be Adolf Hitler's guest and demanded the best seat. At Essler's insistence, the guest list was checked. When the Doctor's name was not found, he and Ace were arrested and taken to the Fuehrer. (PROSE: Timewyrm: Exodus)
