Michael Cochrane (born 19 May 1947) appeared in several Doctor Who stories, both on television and for Big Finish Productions.

He is the younger brother of Martin Cochrane and the brother-in-law of Kate O'Mara and Adrienne Burgess.

Away from Doctor Who, he is best known for playing the villainous Colonel Sir Henry Simmerson in the Sharpe films.
