Millwall was a location in London. Jenny Flint had family there.
In the late 19th century, an incident in Millwall, in which "a chap was set upon by an unruly mob", led Inspector Cotton of Scotland Yard to call for the assistance of Vastra and Jenny. (AUDIO: The Cars That Ate London!)
