The XXX sent an envoy to Earth to negotiate following months of antagonistic messages being sent to Planet XXX by Torchwood One. He followed Yvonne Hartman and Soren and was injured. After talking to Yvonne, she killed him as a mercy killing. (AUDIO: Through the Ruins)
