Washington DC was located on Earth, Dawn 1027. It was home to the White House.
History
Chris Cwej found himself in Washington DC after he had fallen out of the Totality, on the grounds of the White House. A reporter who seemingly knew Chris tried to talk him, but he ignored her, listening to the President. The then President issued a statement about what he would do next after the destruction of Great Britain, and Chris, after a while, decided to help.
Unfortunately, the same force that destroyed Great Britain arrived at Washington DC, and it began to destroy the city. (PROSE: A Bright White Crack)
