An Ice Queen (also known as Empress or Queen-Empress) was the royal leader of the Ice Warriors on Mars.
As opposed to other Ice Warriors who slept in cryogenic cells, the Ice Queen had a sarcophagus in which she would sleep on top of, covered in gold. (TV: Empress of Mars)
