Zamyatin
Zamyatin was a planet with strict laws against entertainment, including bans on juggling and singing in the streets. Its government prided itself on the planet having a perfect climate and a society where the worked hard in agricultural centres to produce foodstuffs, such as potatoes parsnips and broccoli. Dancing, singing and jokes were outlawed to increase productivity. Eventually, the oppressive laws led to the formation of the Zamyatin Liberation Army.
Kingpin and Juniper Berry visited Zamyatin and were arrested for trying to perform in the streets. They were freed from imprisonment by the Master, who telepathically guided Kingpin and led them to the Zamyatin Liberation Army. Later, the Seventh Doctor was brought to the planet by a junkmail robot sent by Kingpin and was arrested for juggling. (AUDIO: The Psychic Circus)
