Peter Kane was the father of Jason Kane, who was born to him and his wife on 24 December 1983. (PROSE: Return of the Living Dad) They grew up sixty or seventy miles outside of London. Peter Kane's father had died during World War II, a trauma that Jason speculated may have been partially responsible for Peter's abusive and sadistic personality.
