The Other was a black hole which appeared in the Oort cloud and produced tides which, began to increase in strength as it approached a star system and increased in mass. It was observed by the Astronomer Royal and seen by Bernice Summerfield and Jason Kane using the Genesis of Cthalctose. (PROSE: Eternity Weeps)
