The sonic spoon was a device created by the Twelfth Doctor after his sonic screwdriver was incinerated by the Governor. He made it in the Prison's craft workshop after he stole a spoon from the canteen during mealtime and used it to break in and out of the Prison several times. It only had two sonic settings.
