Seems the only reference to Mr Chamberlain is on page 71. This appears to be a mention of Neville Chamberlain rather than a separate individual. He is never stated to be an employee of Torchwood, nor to work at the training base, so the majority of the information here is incorrect. This page should be deleted and a statement added to Neville Chamberlain's page that he signed off on the idea of a Torchwood training base.

Mr. Chamberlain was an employee of the Torchwood Institute. He worked at a training base that used animated mannequins as targets, having signed off on the idea. (PROSE: Risk Assessment)
