Michael Neil was a businessman who was at a science conference in 2010. He spoke to Leonard Pallister and Wanda Rothman. He borrowed a sample of vodium from Wanda. He was later pulled into a wormhole caused by the vodium. (AUDIO: Situation Vacant)
