Sylvia was Rex Farrel's secretary at Farrel Plastics.
When McDermott was killed by Colonel Masters, a.k.a. the Master, with a Nestene-controlled plastic chair, Rex Farrel asked Sylvia over the intercom if she could check McDermott's entitlement on termination of employment. (TV: Terror of the Autons)
