Movellan ship
Movellan ships were starships used by the Movellans during their war with the Daleks.
Movellan ships were built using a polymer existing after 2280. (AUDIO: The Movellan Grave) Their lower half could drill into a planet to provide camouflage and protection, the ships not showing any armaments. Their design and size allowed for inter-galactic range, and they also possessed time warp capabilities, (TV: Destiny of the Daleks) being able to make time jumps over thousands of years. A ship would explode if its fuel cells were exposed during acceleration. (AUDIO: The Movellan Grave) Romana II recognised the Movellan ship design as originating from the star system 4-X-Alpha-4. (TV: Destiny of the Daleks)
In 4500, a Movellan ship traveled to Skaro, (TV: Destiny of the Daleks) or possibly Antalin constructed to look like Skaro, (PROSE: War of the Daleks) to retrieve Davros and give them an edge in the war. During the battle for the Movellan ship, Daleks strapped with explosives attacked the ship after it had been taken over by escaped human slaves. They fought the Daleks as they tried to press against the hull to detonate. The Doctor stopped Daros and detonated the explosives before the Daleks reached the ship. The escaped slaves, holding Davros prisoner in a cryogenic freezer, left in the ship to meet with a High Security Ship from Earth. (TV: Destiny of the Daleks)
Later in the war, a ship was travelling to Movella 5 before coming under attack by Daleks, and after made a jump to 4th century Earth where it crash landed. (AUDIO: The Movellan Grave)
- It's possible Movellan ships were also their battlecruisers.
