Tom Elliot was a resident of West Berlin in an alternative 1961. He was shot after Ace tried to help him. He wanted to defect to the East as he had photos to take to them. Elliot knew of a bomb that was going to destroy East Berlin that was a weapon by a rogue Russian officer. He learnt this from humans from the future. (AUDIO: Red Planets)
