Leader (Alarms and Excursions)
An unnamed Leader was in charge of a mercenary group of Parahumans known as the Special Executive.
Having learned of Gatecrasher's Technet from their history books, the Leader and several other members of the Special Executive went back in time and recruited Paradok, Ferro, Thug, Ringtoss and Pandora. The Leader also wanted to recruit Fascination despite being aware that she wouldn't join the Special Executive for three more centuries when he was long dead. In an attempt to alter history and recruit Fascination earlier, the Leader disguised himself as the Despot of Kandahar and poisoned Gatecrasher with ten thousand parasitic eggs. The Leader had hoped that Fascination would be the one to retrieve the mystic herb to cure Gatecrasher, where he would attempt to recruit her, however Gatecrasher sought the help of Captain Britain instead. Cobweb informed the Leader that his plan had failed as he couldn't alter history. (COMIC: Alarms and Excursions)
