Pimlico was an area of London. It was severely damaged during the Blitz.
In the 1950s, the population of Pimlico was relocated so that the area could be redeveloped by the Department of New Towns. The possessed Torchwood Emergency Continuity Board were based there and had potential threats locked away at Pinkerton's Lodging Rooms. (AUDIO: Ashenden)
