The Brotherhood of the Black Petal were a religious order on Strellin known for their skill with stained glass. They consumed the essence of the hallucinogenic dreamflower to become one with nature.
When Daleks crash-landed on the planet, the Brotherhood made them new cases with stained glass whilst keeping Kaled mutants alive in animal carcasses and feeding them with blood. (AUDIO: Order of the Daleks)
